I am a meditation teacher, coach, and academic who helps creatives and changemakers uncover greater purpose and clarity. Through the use of a rich and powerful combination of techniques, I will guide you on a journey to develop a deep understanding of yourself and unravel the intricacies of your unconscious behaviours and their impact on your daily life and relationships. In a supportive framework, I empower you to unleash your authentic potential, step into your own power and take meaningful action to make the changes necessary to achieve your goals and create the life you envision. I’m originally from the US, but I’ve called the UK home for nearly 20 years. Before settling in the UK permanently, I spent three years living and working in Asia, where I had the chance to travel, explore, and immerse myself in different meditation traditions. That time gave me a deep appreciation for the many ways mindfulness can be practiced and adapted to different cultures and ways of working. It wasn’t just about theory—I was experiencing firsthand how these techniques help people stay grounded, creative, and resilient. Now, I bring that broad, real-world perspective into my teaching, blending scientific research with practical tools that fit into the busy lives of creative professionals and academics.

My approach draws on an evidence-based psychospiritual toolkit that includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), clinical hypnotherapy, yogic philosophy, Jungian analytical psychology, and psychosynthesis. I am a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and the UK Mindfulness Teachers Register. I have a PhD from the University of Leeds and have received additional training at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, University of Middlesex, the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, and Sadhana Yoga School (RYT-200). As a registered professional, I adhere to the ethical regulations and codes of conduct, which include continuing professional development and ongoing supervision.

In my work I recognise the importance of spiritual awareness and exploration. It is a process of self-discovery that enables you to know yourself, heal past wounds, strengthen your integrity and self-respect, and open yourself to the common good. It involves a deep exploration of your unconscious behaviour patterns and beliefs, family dynamics and life purpose to help you know yourself better and grow in confidence and authenticity as an individual. It is my hope that through tailored 1-to-1 sessions or through one of my courses, you will gain meaningful insights, overcome your self-created discomfort and discover your own inner wisdom and the power within you to live a life of meaning and integrity.

We all carry a powerful creative self within us, but too often we allow self-doubt, fear of failure, or uncertainty to prevent us from showing our true potential. I specialise in stress reduction, anxiety, personal or professional transition, overcoming limiting beliefs and mindsets, creative blocks, relationship issues, communication, leadership, self-esteem, self-doubt, and perfectionism.
