Clinical Hypnotherapy – £85 per session

Hypnotherapy sessions are individually tailored to your needs, with the number of sessions varying depending on the goals you want to achieve. For some challenges, such as specific phobias, a single session may be enough, while more complex areas like anxiety or habit change typically benefit from a series of six or more sessions.

Every client is different, but what unites all successful hypnotherapy is a willingness to step into change.
