With nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, contemplative practices, and research leadership, I understand the complexities of university life from multiple perspectives. As a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, I have delivered mindfulness training to academics, researchers, and students across disciplines, helping them cultivate resilience and focus in high-pressure environments.
